Fall Events THIS Saturday

Family Fitness Day at Oak Grove.  This Saturday from 2-5pm.   Free afternoon of Family friendly music, relays, obstacle & games, tug a war, etc. Raffles tickets will be awarded as obstacles, relays, etc are completed.

We will have a rock wall for all students who sold 10 items from chippe shop they get a free climb. And can challenge he Mrs. Hancock. Others can climb for $5.

McIntosh High School Fall Festival  to support Toys for Tots.  1 – 5pm, Saturday at McIntosh HS.  Games * Trick or Sweets * Food * Music * and More

For the third year in a row, Oak Grove has been named one of the Highest Performing Title I schools in the state of Georgia.

GaDOE Waives Milestone Requirements

Georgia Milestones Assessment Waivers: Promotion, placement and retention will not be tied to this year’s assessment, but student performance will be used to set academic achievement goals for next year.  Click here for more details.

Thanks to Local Retailers and Community Shoppers!

Great Thanks to Target Stores for their recent donation of $500 in books to Oak Grove’s Media Center. The new selection has hit the shelves and are ready for check-out!

Also, thanks to all who shopped Books-A-Million in July and made donations to Oak Grove’s Bookfair!  The school received over $2,000 in books purchased by shoppers at Books-A-Million (the Avenue) during that time!
